Faults, Problems and Solutions / Rain water leaking into car

Hope you can help. I have rain water collecting somewhere under the bonnet. When I drive it is sploshing around and then pouring in behind the glove box into the foot well. I have about 2 inches of water in the foot well storage. The condensation in the car is horrendous. How do I fix this please?
