A garage changed the injector for cylinder 3. There is now a sort of ticking noise while excellerating, particularly when engine is cold, less so when warm. The garage state that the injector has been properly fitted.  Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Hello bought my scenic grande mk11 over a year ago and love 'meg' the megane. Have converted her to run on biodiesel but this has caused issues! I'm here for help to keep her going.

I’m new to the forum but have had my 2007  scenic 1.5dci since August. It’s the second scenic I’ve owned and so far almost so good. To start the glow plugs packed up so changed them then the dreaded water in passenger footwell problems started. So I leaned out the drains wet vaced the floor cleaned the A/c drain in the cabin and so far so good it’s been dry

I know renaults have terrible electrics and water and electric don’t mix well but I’ve noticed that lately the idle has been a bit higher than usual 4 bars on the Rev counter and it feels like it’s racing a little I have had it plugged into 2 different scanners and both showed no faults in the engine or other modules but on live data it shows the idle at 900 rpm
I’m just wondering if this is the normal idle speed or not

Do you mean the owners car manual or the manual for the audio when you say vehicle license?

Hello, I would be very grateful for any advice. My Scenic ignition starts perfectly when cold, but if I drive, then stop, turn off ignition, once the engine is warm it takes 2 to 8 times to start ignition. Any ideas as to cause? It appears to be getting worse. Thank you.
